My daughter loves this book! She keeps asking for it to be read to her. As an adult I can also appreciate it. The focus is on the importance of family time and inclusion. Everyone joins in on the feast even though they are all different, great symbolism! Highly Recommend!

A great read! Fluid and insightful and super fun to read aloud. My daughter lights up when we read her this story. The message resonates strongly with our family values. Colorful and bright, the illustration catches the eye. This book really inspires the imagination and wakes up your heart space.
Here is a read aloud of the award winning story. Through a great deal of research it has been found that many people like to listen to the children's book they are buying for their children before they purchase it. That is completely understandable and just the reason we had this made for you. Enjoy.
We reached our first goal and on November 18th 2018 handed out over 350 hot plates of food at Washington Park in Bridgeport, CT. We partnered up with the great people at DrewbaQ to make this event happen. We are now partnering up with local towns and cities with their back pack programs for children to have food to take home over the weekends. There will be more information about this new partnership in the coming weeks and months. I'm hoping this help out many children.
